Can you believe this? A 22 year old woman fined £265 for putting her wheelie bins out too early.

    Hi Greg, we met in London not long ago and had a chat in the pub!

    That story is unbelieveable. It seems like common sense is slowly dripping away from our country's politicos at every level, and greed is taking it's place. Pretty disgusting stuff really.
