Politically Correct Delusion

We may have a Conservative government but we do not have a conservative government. What we have is yet another social democrat government, which we have had for most of the post-WWII era. The exception was probably Mrs Thatcher's government, which is why she is so reviled by the sheep of the left. Whatever you think of her Mrs Thatcher put the country first ahead of vested interests, especially the hated trade unions.

I honestly can't trace a difference between Cameron and Blair, maybe apart from Cameron not yet behaving like a bloodthirsty war criminal, but there's time. Blair opened our borders to limitless numbers of migrants, Cameron welcomed over 333,000 migrants to this country last year, ably continuing the national destruction begun by Blair and his predecessors.

The brainwashed, deluded politically correct who think they are so right might scoff but this country is seen as one of the most attractive, tolerant and civilised countries in the world. If you don't agree then answer this simple question: Why do so many people, wealthy and poor, so desperately want to come and live here?

The fabric of this country is held together by the British people, our institutions that have developed over centuries and our history. These are the things that make this country such an attractive place to live. What we are doing now is destroying that which made us what we are at the behest of social democracy, which is synonymous with political correctness. No country can absorb 250,000 to 33,000 immigrants a year without being fundamentally changed. Witness the record levels of anti-Semitic attracts in the UK and elsewhere in Europe in recent years, largely due to the violent philosophy of Islam, an alien philosophy.

There is an artificial debate about the NHS and other public services, largely centred around the socialist obsession with money. I know the current leftie PC lie about immigration is that immigrants economically contribute to the country, but they don't all. A wealthy businessman coming here to set up a business may create wealth. A beggar from Romania or a barman from Slovakia doesn't add anything, they just redistribute money that is already here. There is also the question of why, with 2,000,000 unemployed we are allowing unskilled people in by the hundreds of thousands, but that's for another time.

The next question for the PC lefties is why don't immigrants use public services? Quite clearly they do, which means they don't just give economically they also take. They need schools, roads, accommodation, healthcare. If you add thousands upon thousands to your population every year of course you are draining public services. If you keep adding beer to a pint pot that is full it overflows and you stop adding beer.

But of course that is common sense, and political correctness ignores common sense and reality. Political correctness is driven by ideology and the brainwashed would rather watch the country die than admit they are wrong.

On an emotional level the politically correct suffer from emotional retardation. They get a nice warm glow by showing off how very much more 'tolerant' and 'caring' they are than us nasty realists. They feel so superior when they can attack realists as 'racists', 'homophobes' or any other 'phobe' they care to unthinkingly throw at realists. As I've said before when they can't do that they accuse realists of being brainwashed by 'the right wing media', usually the Daily Mail.

If you have any doubts about the left's disconnection from reality then look at the Labour Party leadership election. Everybody I know knows somebody who has paid their £3 to register to vote but is not a Labour supporter. Some are lefties wanting to force the Labour Party to the left by voting for Corbyn, others are people on the right wanting to wreck the Labour Party by voting for Corbyn. I'd say that I know of dozens of people who have done this and I know of only one who has had his vote rejected.

Multiply that throughout a nation of 65,000,000 people and I would guess many thousands of people have registered to vote or, infiltrated which is more accurate. But Labour are desperately claiming that there has been negligible infiltration. They have rejected about 3000 peoples' registrations and pretend the job's been done.

It's a bit like Blair claiming that opening our doors to open immigration from the EU would only result in a trickle of immigrants.

Jeremy Corbyn-Killing Labour

Since the election it's been such fun watching lefties foaming at the mouth and ranting, totally irrationally, about everything from imaginary NHS privatisation to even accusing the Tories of planning to gas the poor. No, I didn't make that last bit up. The real downside of t'interweb is that it gives loons and nutjobs a platform, and the majority seem to be lefties.

Then up pops caricature Islington leftie Jeremy Corbyn to take us time travelling back to the glory days of the 80s when Maggie was in her pomp and glory and Labour was cannibalising itself. If nothing else Corbyn has given us the joy of making Blair and Mandelson crap their pants, that in itself makes Corbyn a hero. But what makes Corbyn a true hero is that if elected he will make Labour unelectable for decades. For that he will be instantly promoted to superhero.

A campaign group has evolved and Labour opponents all over the country are signing up to the Labour Party (for only £3) to vote for Corbyn and consign Labour to the dustbin. Personally I can't bring myself to register support for Labour even for this noble cause. But if you can bring yourself to hold your nose and hammer another nail into the socialist coffin then you have until early August to do your bit.

Blair's Legacy

We will gradually get to the whole truth about Blair and his gang of immoral misfits, aka the Labour Party. Anybody who had half a brain had a bloody good idea that he was a complete wanker, unfit to be on a town council let alone in Downing Street, but enough misfits kept voting Labour to keep him in power for far too long. Democracy eh?


The sight of Peter Hain on the morning news today grovelling and sliming about Labour's surrender to the IRA was a sight to behold. I'm sorry but constantly repeating that people knew that IRA men had been given get out of prison cards doesn't mean a thing. Who knew? The two terrorists now in government, McGuinness and Adams? The rest of the world didn't know.


This week we heard that Blair lied to keep the so called 'peace process' on track. Surprise, surprise, it was always easy to tell when Blair was lying, his lips moved.


His botched efforts at devolution have led to the potential break up of the UK. I doubt he ever expected the Scots Nazis to take control north of the border with Herr Salmond goose stepping around Edinburgh. He was probably just creating more layers of bureaucracy so he could install his sycophants in even more cushy jobs as MSPs and bosses of another tier of quangos.


Blair became some kind of Middle East peace envoy. Well some kind of peace he's bestowed on the Middle East. The man is a complete and utter shyster who should be on trial in The Hague then left dangling from a lamp post.

Righteous Indignation and Moral Outrage!

In recent weeks I've been trying to trace back to the time we lost our collective sense of proportion. It coincided with a complete loss of dignity or, as it used to be called, 'the English stiff upper lip'. It's hard to pin down precisely but there have been numerous landmark occasions.

The death of Princess Diana is one of the bigger landmarks, especially the national outbreak of emotional incontinence that followed it. Of course head mourner was that greatest fraud of all time Mr Tony Blair. The sight of all that blubbing and flower laying like an outbreak of some dreadful national psychosis left those of us with a sense of proportion feeling like foreigners in our own country for weeks.


"Oh God how I loved that gerbil"!

I'm not sure when turning of the site of deaths, be they accidents or murder, into shrines became fashionable but that's another sign of our loss of dignity. Whether it was before or after Diana I'm unsure, but didn't we used to lay flowers on the graves of loved ones? I suppose cemeteries just aren't public enough for the public show of grief and loss needed to show how much we really deeply care for departed loved ones today. Personally I wouldn't want to mark with flowers the terrible place where a loved one had died but I'm obviously not 'caring' enough.

On a personal note I remember going on a training course about ten years ago. The trainer was one of these 'touchy feely' types. You could tell she truly 'cared' because if we covered a slightly sensitive area her voice became all soppy and her head leaned towards her right shoulder. To 'break the ice' she asked us to inform the group when the last time we had cried had been. Of course, as long as none of us found it too traumatic. I didn't find it traumatic, just totally stupid and irrelevant to training about volunteer recruitment. I think she realised I wasn't taking it seriously when my turn came and I informed her that I couldn't remember the last time I had cried but I had filled up on May 26 1999. When she asked me what had happened on that date I informed her I had been in the Nou Camp in Barcelona when United beat Bayern Munich to win the European Cup. She said nothing for fear of being seen as judgmental.

Racism, or the perception of racism is a trigger for outbreaks of righteous indignation. Any comment that could be somehow construed as 'racist' is jumped on and there is a queue of morally outraged indignants desperate to out-outrage each other. The latest victim is a non-league footballer who has caused a huge outburst of righteous indignation from the emotionally incontinent with the following tweet:

“Respect to all the heroes 11/11/11 now to all the illegal *****, **** off out of are country all call of duty could become a reality – kill um.”

The report in the Worcester News is telling, especially the comments section. There is a queue of the morally outraged and indignant attacking this evil racist. Now forgive me but whichever way you look at that statement it is not racist. But racism is the new witchcraft. Duck him in a pool, if he doesn't drown he's racist, if he drowns he isn't. Have you ever talked about stringing 'em up? I had some banter on here yesterday when we talked about stringing up MPs from lamposts. Are we to be hunted down for incitement to murder? Indeed, it's interesting that the moral outrage is not that the player advocated murder, no, far worse than advocating killing innocent people, call him a racist!

Government Still Lying And Cheating About Immigration

Since the Coalition seized power very little seems to have changed, and it's not all because the Lib Dems are pathetic pinko slobs, the Tories are little better. We are now bombing Libya, following a blood lust policy started by Blair, and we now hear that immigration is still out of control. But is anybody really surprised?

Like the last lot the Coalition bullshit the electorate with talk of controlling non-EU immigration, when it is the vast numbers of EU immigrants that needs to be checked. But we all know our EU masters won't allow us to do that, so Cameron thinks we'll fall for the Blair line that the inability to control immigration is nothing to do with the EU.

But even worse than that, and to prove what a huge bureaucratic monster of a government we are oppressed by, they have effectively given illegals, or "failed asylum seekers" an amnesty. It gets worse. They've done it to clear a backlog of files in a government department. It gets even worse. The govenment boasts that it no longer has a backlog of asylum seekers because, unlike Labour, it has dealt with the problem. More bullshit! We want the people/population problem dealt with not the filing system. 

I wonder if the government would let me off with my tax bill if I told them I had binned all the relevant paperwork to deal with a backlog?

I'm angry that we are getting involved in Libya, Cameron sounds more like Blair every day.

Persecution of Christians in Afghanistan

I can't help wondering if we have actually achieved anything, despite the tragic loss of life, in Afghanistan. The constitution agreed in 2004 seemingly guarantees religious freedom, but persection of Christians seems as bad as it was under the Taliban. So I wonder what will happen when the UN troops finally depart?

Sayed Mussa converted to Christianity. He was sentenced to death as Sharia law apparently superceded the constitution. He has since been assaulted and raped by other inmates under the influence of the Taliban.

Once again it underlines the fact that foreigners will never tame Afghanistan. More importantly it shows that yet again, the supposed successes of Tony Blair and New Labour were nothing more than con tricks and sleight of hand.

Royal Family or President?

In recent years I have been convinced that the Royal Family is an anchronism, with no place for a monarch in the twenty-first century. In recent months I've been similarly wondering about republics. I've also been considering how dry and functional modern life is becoming with work and money being the be all and end all, inevitable I suppose as Labour dragged us into the new puritan era. No room for fripperies, pure functionality is the order of the day.

Then today I read that the campaign against the Alternative Vote are launching a campaign using 'President Clegg' to scare people from voting yes in May. That really has scared me. Not against voting for AV, which I intend to do but remain open to persuasion, but at the prospect of Clegg one day becoming President of the British Republic. The only prospect more frightening is President Blair.

Wherever I look in the world presidents seem to be particularly grey and bureaucratic, or mad. The prospect of Sarah Palin becoming President of the USA is particularly scary. So maybe a constitutonal monarchy is the best option. They have little power but add a splash of colour in an otherwise grey and arid landscape and yes, they provide a link to our great history. And I do agree with dedicated monarchists, and always have, that in the scheme of things they cost very little.

So if I'm asked whether I would prefer Queen Elizabeth II or Tony Blair as head of state, I have no hesitation in answering. I suppose that makes me a monarchist again!

Libya and British Expats

Two psychopaths take to the dance floor.

One thing that has seriously angered me this week are the expats coming back from Libya and whining and whinging about what the government did do or didn't to help them.  They should be grateful the government did anything at all to help them under the circumstances.

I don't blame anybody for working abroad, especially in the last few years when we had to suffer Blair and Brown, and the Coalition aren't much better. But at least the current Prime Minister knows he's a prat and has the decency to keep apologising for it.

But we've all known for years that Libya is a shithole, run by a psycopathic madman. If you are lured there by the filthy lucre then I'm afraid you take your chances. Those expats chose to go and work for a regime that was responsible for arming the IRA for a couple of decades, was behind the Lockerbie bombing and still hides the murderer of WPC Yvonne Fletcher. What Gaddafi has done to his own population over the last few decades is anybody's guess.

So don't come home whinging when British Foreign Office staff and our armed forces, yet again, put themselves in the firing line to bail you out, paid for yet again from our taxes. I don't have a problem with the government helping UK nationals out of a hellhole like that, but every one of them who whinges should be walloped with a bill for the cost.

But there again, you look at the behaviour of successive UK governments towards Libya, and they have been no better than the whinging expats.

Tony Blair Cancels Book Launch!

I can just imagine Blair looking across the breakfast table and telling Cherie he's scared about his book launch party after those nasty people were horrible to him in Dublin.

After looking across the breakfast table at her ugly mug for all those years I'd have thought he could face anything. But no, Cherie looks at her very own cash cow and tells him not to worry, if it's a bit dangerous they'll cancel it.

Good job Cherie wasn't Sergeant Major B'Stard listening to Private Blair telling him why he would prefer not to have to go to Iraq or Afghanistan if Sergeant Major doesn't mind awfully.

I was considering advertising Blair's book for sale at £500, on the grounds that anybody stupid enough to buy it would be stupid enough to pay it. But I can't bring myself to buy a copy, even at 50% discount.

Tony Blair: The Turd That Won't Flush Away

I was roused from my slumber this morning to find myself back in a living nightmare that I thought we'd left behind, Tony Blair talking bollocks on the radio. Shit, I must have dreamt his departure and he is still in charge, talking about how perfect he and the 'New Labour Project' were.

Then I thanked God that I heard the word 'were', he must be in the past. I was just in a nightmare after all. Except I wasn't, he was pushing his autobiography on the BBC, the presenter cooing over him in typical sycophantic, arse licking BBC style.

If you buy his book you deserve to have a white hot poker inserted up your Khyber Pass. He will need little encouragement to write the sequel and then we'll have to endure the slimey turd beaming and talking shit over the airwaves yet again, so don't be a prick, don't buy it!

Interesting that his autobiography A Journey translates into Eine Fahrt in German. Quite apt for Blair, the turd we just can't seem to flush away.

John Prescott and David Laws-Stinking Hypocrites

Let's start with the fat Yorkshire pudding acoss the Pennines in Hull. The slob made himself out to be the archetypal working class hero, a semi-articulate one but so be it. Then Blair, the arch-hypocrite and most patronising scumbag on the planet, made him Deputy Prime Minister.

You don't have to be a genius to see that Labour became the enemy of the so-called 'working classes' many years ago, in fact the day it was founded. But those 'working class heroes' deluded enough to think Labour were worth a vote were also stupid enough to think that Prescott represented Labour's gallant working class conscience. Blair appointed him because he knew how gulible the idiots in the Labour Party are, he thought it gave his authoritarian control freakery a veneer of old fashioned socialist paternalism. Patronising shit!

So Prescott got fatter and fatter on the perks of office, financed by our ever soaring taxes and became the typical decadent slob bureaucrat by shagging his secretary and building up a nice collection of Jags. He then even managed to get caught on camera playing Croquet. Sodding Croquet for God's sake!

But now he's really shown himself up for the hypocritical twat he is by moving up to the House of Lords. It was probably what he had to agree to to be forgiven by Mrs Prescott for playing away.

Then you get the shiny new men of principle in government the Lib Dems and whoops, they're not as clean as they pretend to be, which we all knew anyway, and David Laws complains to the Standards Commissioner about himself. What a pillock, outed as a homosexual because of fiddling his expenses. Who ever expected that to be a consequence of the snouts in the trough expenses scandal?

But what really got me was the fact that Laws is claiming that he only did it so that his sexuality wouldn't be revealed. Now that very admission proves he knew his claims were false and he should resign immediately from the government and be investigated by plod.

But the other big issue around Laws situation is that in 2010 a Lib Dem was scared of admitting his sexuality. If he is such a moral coward he should not be in government. If he thinks most of the public care about his sex life he is deluded and should not be in government. If he was scared of the reaction from within his own party at being outed then the Lib Dems are unfit to be in government. Actually the Lib Dems aren't fit to be in government but I'm sure you take my point.

So these two examples prove one thing about our coalition government. It's business as usual.

Gene Hunt or David Cameron?

Last week the Labour Party scored a spectacular own goal by trundling liar and war criminal Tony Blair out to campaign for them. Now they have scored another own goal by likening Dave Cameron to the ever popular Gene Hunt.

It seems that every day between now and May 6th our politicians will be out to prove how out of touch they are. If Cameron had half the charisma and bluntness of Gene Hunt the Tories would be way ahead in the polls. If Gene Hunt led either party I bet they would win.

Perhaps the Tories will retort with a poster asking if we want Labour to take us back to the 1970s, remember that decade? The decade of the first Gene Hunt series, Life on Mars? If you don't the 1970s were when Labour turned us into an economic basket case. The dead couldn't be buried because of strikes. We had the three day week, for the few workers that weren't on strike most of the decade. We had power cuts because we lacked the resources to light up the country after dark. Even the IMF told us to bugger off. We had the troubles in Ulster and rumours of a coup plot at one stage. Life on Mars was decidedly more appealing than life in the UK in the 1970s under Labour.

At least the 1980s, though tough, got us out of the shit Labour had got us in, a recovery so effective that Brown inherited a great financial legacy, which he promptly squandered. Sound familiar? The difference is the Tory Party today is no different to Labour and Cameron, just like Brown is a big, useless poofter, as Gene Hunt would say.

Labour Party Throw in the Towel with Tony Blair

I was shocked to hear this morning that Gordon Brown has decided to lose the general election, he's obviously realised how loathed he is. But why didn't he just resign and let some other two faced hypocritical moron take Labour into the election? Asking Tony Blair, liar and war criminal extraordinaire, to make a speech in support of the government tomorrow seems a strange way to make sure you cease to be Prime Minister on May 6th.

Edinburgh University's Racist Policy!

It seems that Edinburgh University has kicked off a bit of a kerfuffle by deciding to give priority on popular courses to applicants from Scotland and the North of England. Interestingly they do not class Lancashire as the North of England so bang goes my dream of studying there. Bastards!!

Of course there are the usual cries of racism, especially from people in the South of England, not those in Lancashire I might add, but people in Brighton have been quoted as being angry. I wonder if a black person from Durham would get in? I wonder if they are accepting overseas students on courses.

What the decision of Edinburgh shows, rather than racism, is the nasty small minded bigotry that is prevalent in Scotland with the growth in recent years of the SNP. I know many Scots who are not as I have described, so I am not claiming Scots people per se to be small minded bigots but that mindset does seem to be inculcating Scottish culture and it is very sad.

On a visit to Scotland last year I was warned to be careful because I had a Cross of St George sticker on my back bumper. I have never been aware of any threat to Scottish people displaying the Saltyre from people in England and here in North Lancashire we get plenty of overty patriotic Scots visiting us, many displaying stridently nationalistic messages on their vehicles.

What Edinburgh University's policy highlights is the slow breaking up of the United Kingdom, and we might as well get used to it. The break up is largely down to the EU providing an alternative source of subsidy because, without the cash the subsidy junkies north of the border get showered on them, they would be a little more coy about independence.

Tony Blair's shambolic devolution mess has also encouraged the Scots and, let's face it, when you look at Westminster, getting rid of that lot is very appealing even if it means declaring independence.

I don't care if Edinburgh wants to look like a small minded, second rate parochial polytechnic, or if the Scots want to break away and suck on the teat of the EU for years to come. Just get on with it and bugger off and let us English get on with our lives.

Socialists are full of venom and hatred. They are also much more obsessed with money and status than any "toff" I've ever come across. That's why there is a nasty edge to things in this country at the moment, especially after 12 years of venomous lefties who hate anybody who is successful.

It is very reminiscent of the 1970s. Labour screws up the economy and then looks for scapegoats. Hey presto, turn on those successful enough to have created the wealth that they have squandered.

So you now get Gordon the Cyclops attacking Cameron and Osborne, not on the substance of their policies, where there is plenty of ammo in fairness, but on their backgrounds, on their upbringing, effectively attacking their families and their ancestors. So they went to Eton, lucky them I say. I know plenty of people who had to go to the squalid, failed, social experiments known as inner-city comprehensives, who would have given their right arm, or eye perhaps, to have gone to Eton instead.

But just to emphasise the stinking crass hypocrisy of this venomous class war, where did Tony Blair, that notorious war criminal go to school? Ah yes, it was Fettes.

Then what about Bitchfinder General, Harriet Harperson, she who rattles on about equality and diversity boring the arse off everybody in posession of a brain? Well she went to St Paul's Girls School.

Iraq Inquiry-Blair Was Weak

The Times report on the Iraq Inquiry today has Sir Christopher Meyer unfavourably comparing Blair with Margaret Thatcher.

Sir Christopher Meyer, then British Ambassador to the US, told the Iraq Inquiry that Mr Blair would have been more influential if he had attached pre-conditions to British support at the Crawford ranch meeting - which was six months before Hans Blix began looking for weapons in Iraq.

“I think that would have changed the nature of American planning,” he said. “By the time you get to the end of the year it’s too late. . . I did say to London that we’re being taken for granted.

“To this day I am not entirely clear what degree of convergence was, if you like, signed in blood at the Crawford ranch,” Sir Christopher said. “[But] they weren’t there to talk about containment or strengthening sanctions."

The high point of Britain’s influence on Washington amounted to “bugger all” and a stronger Prime Minister like Margaret Thatcher could have done more, he told the inquiry.

Sir Christopher told Sir John Chilcot and his five fellow panellists that the high point of Britain’s influence on the Bush Administration was encouraging President Bush to publish a road map on the Middle East but that “led to bugger all, let’s be frank”.

“We found ourselves scrabbling around for the smoking gun,” he said. “And we - the Americans, the British - have never really recovered from that because of course there was no smoking gun.”

How the hell were people stupid enough to keep voting Blair into 10 Downing Street?

British Police State

Professor Jonathan Montgomery can expect to be sacked soon from his post with an 'independent government advisery commission' for this report. People are being arrested for little or nothing in order for the authorities to get their/our details on the national database. As Professor Nutt discovered, the government don't like honesty and truth.

Meantime the official whitewash into the illegal war against Iraq begins. In case you were thinking it was going to be an open, democratic and searching enquiry the following quote might put you straight:

“Should a witness feel unable to answer questions due to a genuine fear of self-incrimination of a criminal offence, it would be open to the Inquiry Committee to consider whether, in order to secure the greatest possible openness and co-operation, it would be appropriate to seek an undertaking from the Law Officers that evidence provided to the inquiry will not be used in criminal proceedings against them.”

MPs Employing Wives

In principle I see no reason for MPs not to employ family members. Politics is a 'profession' full of people with egoes who are not averse to backstabbing whenever necessary, and it is on a scale that is much more vicious than in virtually any other walk of life. If I was an elected representative and had a family member, wife or other, who could do a job for me I would certainly employ them before many others in politics, if only because I knew I could trust them to be working with me rather than against me.

Of course there has to be transparency, after all what serious politicans wants people whispering that Mrs X or Mr Y is being bunged £40,000pa to swan around the West End. One of the prices to pay for being an elected representative is saying goodbye to privacy, you must prove that your staff, family or otherwise, are actually employed gainfully and not just receiving a subsidy.

Of course there have been cases where MPs' families have been receiving money for nothing and that, quite rightly, needs stamping out. But it isn't just MPs but MEPs who are at it. They came through the expenses scandal in their elections in June pretty untainted, but former UKIP MEP Tom Wise is up before the courts next month, a fate yet to befall an MP, and you don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to unearth some pretty unsavoury financial shenanigans in Brussels and Strasbourg. Indeed when I was involved with UKIP their position was to publicly oppose employing family members on MEPs' allowances. A position shown to be slightly hypocritical when we found out, through a national newspaper, that Nigel Farage, UKIP MEP, had been employing his wife on an undisclosed salary for some time. None of us knew what she did exactly as we had never come across her in the course of our work.

So there is a need for openness and transparency but I sympathise with hard working staff, who happen to be related to the MP for whom they work, who now face the chop.
