New EU Referendum Party

Great news this morning, Nikki Sinclaire MEP has launched a new party to fight the EU elections, the We Demand A Referendum Party.

Polls suggest the party could win betwen 8 and 22 seats at the next European elections and will be fighting all seats in the UK. My only hope is that, if elected, they refuse to take up their seats, unlike UKIP who have sold out since having their first MEPs elected to the gravy train in 1999.

Some hope that there will be a party to at least consider voting for at the next Euro elections, which there really wasn't at the last elections. All we need now is a party to vote for in UK parliamentary elections.

I seem to remember Nikki getting some pretty unpleasant and prehistoric abuse when she was in UKIP.

Can only wish her all the best...

The overwhelming majority of UKIP members are decent people, but most at the top are thoroughly unpleasant and smear anybody they perceive as a threat to their positions. Bear in mind the MEPs have a coterie of highly paid staff, most of whom are hoping to get their own snouts in the trough come the next EU elections.

Yeah, we disagree on much but thanks for the tip-off on UKIP.

Really opened my eyes to the fact that they're another dud Eurosceptic party gone native.

Snouts in the trough, heads in the sand was a song of mine from a few years back as it happens...

And..how bad is it to have less integrity than Sinn Fein?

Pity you didn't go though with it to be a UKIP MEP - Nuttall is a big head.
