Here is the story of the latest stunt by guerrilla artist Banksy.
As you can see, it is a particularly fine piece of graffiti that involved the artist erecting temporary scaffolding to work on a Post Office depot wall above Oxford Street.
What a class protest.

Nice find! I was stood outside Paddington Stn recently, and I and a fellow smoker stared up at the bank of CCTV cameras pointed down at us and wondered what the heck it was all about.
One of the good things about Oslo was the apparent lack of CCTV, unless they were very cunningly hidden.
