Amen to that !National Socialism was described as the Counter Renaissance by Hayek.In 1944 he said the words Liberty and Freedom were the most abused words that one hesitates to employ them to express the ideals they once stood for. Hayek felt that we were just left with tolerance, sadly sixty years later we are not left with even this.Not for nothing did Orwell introduce the 'daily hate' into 1984 by the totalitarian state Winston Smith lived in.It is easier to hate than to think.
