The vacuous Cameronite Tory Party have held the UK's first primary in Torbay,Devon.
Anthony Steen fiddled his expenses and is standing down, so the three hoping to succeed him spoke at a public hustings yesterday, then the public will decide who the Tory candidate will be. Full story.
Meanwhile here in Lancashire we know there is an election due because we get our four yearly out of the blue Tory leaflet through the letter box yesterday. It's obvious there is a general election due because this time our councillors are holding surgeries and they include a welcome to the PPC on the leaflet. Not very subtle.
Rather than gimmicks I'd like Cameron and co to actually tell us what they believe. Problem is that would only confirm them to be 'Blue Labour'.
